DISCLAIMER & RULES

1. Must be 18 or older to play and/or win.

2. Must be present with a session tally purchase to win.

3. To win the jackpot, all numbers on a valid raffle card must be covered with numbers called on or before the pre-determined number of balls. If all numbers are covered after the pre-determined number of balls, the player wins the consolation prize.

4. Winners are responsible for any and all applicable taxes.

5. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify age, identity, and to claim all prizes.

6. The Madison County Firemen’s Association may disqualify any person based on fraud, dishonesty, rule violations, or other misconduct.

7. In the event of unforeseen and unavoidable technical difficulties—such as power outages, handheld device malfunctions, or point-of-sale failures—the Madison County Firemen’s Association reserves the right to reschedule the game to the next available time or date.

8. Winners will be required to complete a W2-G tax form. By participating, players agree to hold the Madison County Firemen’s Association harmless from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage of any kind (including death or property damage) arising directly or indirectly from participation or prize acceptance/use.

9. Copies of the promotional rules are available to the public upon request.

10. The Madison County Firemen’s Association reserves the right to designate a “must-go” night at its discretion.

11. The pre-determined number of balls required to win the jackpot will increase by one (1) each calendar month.
